My elderly loved one needs constant care. Can your facility provide this?
Yes. We have a 24-hour care staff which is supervised by a registered nurse. We will also be in touch with your physician, or our own physician if medical assistance is needed.
How can I be sure my loved one is safe and secure in your facility?
We have installed the latest fire and security alarms in our home for the peace of mind of our residents. Our care staff have also been thoroughly screened and checked. All aides, caregivers and nursing assistants are bonded and insured.
I value the privacy of my parent or grandparent. Would it be possible to have private rooms?
Yes, it is possible to have your own private room. We also keep our rates reasonable. You can also opt for semi-private accommodations depending on the preference of your elderly parent or grandparent.
Is it okay to bring my own furniture?
We encourage residents to bring their own furniture to bring a home-like feel into their room. As long as there is space available, we accommodate whatever makes the resident feel more at home.
